It’s designed to help artists of all skill levels build a stronger foundation in illustration and master the essential skills needed be a working artist. This is the stuff every artist needs to know!
The new curriculum includes a mix of new and remastered video classes, featuring easy-to-follow lessons and helpful self-guided assignments. All the classes are on-demand video, so you can watch them on your own time, and do the assignments at your own pace. You'll get a certificate of completion for every class you complete!
The classes are grouped into 4 levels, with each successive level building on the knowledge and skills learned in the last. You’ll start with the basics in Level 1, then progress to design in Level 2, scene storytelling in Level 3 and business in Level 4.
And if you make it through all the levels, you’ll end up with 11 finished pieces for a beginning portfolio highlighting your new skills 🎨

To get the most out of the curriculum, start with the first class, watch all the videos and do all the assignments. Then work through the other Level 1 classes in the same way, in the order listed.
Once you make it through Level 1, you should have a good understanding shape, line, value and perspective - the building blocks of drawing.

How To Draw Everything
One of the classics! This class covers everything you need to get started in illustration.
Basic Perspective Drawing
Brand new class! Designed as an introduction to perspective, this one will focus on 1-point and 2-point perspective with ellipses.
Visualizing Drawing In Perspective
In this course taught by professional illustrator Will Terry, learn how to imagine objects in various camera angles and draw them from simple shapes.
Light and Shadow for Illustrators
Another brand new class! Learn a step-by-step approach for adding light to a scene that works for most scenarios.
