If you have an active subscription, you should already have a new subscriber account on the new website. The best way to get access to your subscriber account is to just reset your password (the old one won't work). Or, if you prefer, you can email svslearninfo@gmail.com to get your own temporary password.
To find your account, simply click on the Account link in the menu at the top of the website. Then click on the Forgot Password? link and follow the prompt.
