We ain’t lion, the competition was fierce!
We got 100+ entries for our first Critique Arena of the year, a big thank you to all who submitted in the January art contest!
2022 is the year of the tiger, so the prompt was: Tiger🐯
The winners were picked during Critique Arena, our monthly livestream for members. Our judges seeded the top 16 against each other, and the audience voted for their favorites. Sixteen battled it out in the arena, but only 2 made the final cut! It was a real cat fight!

Congrats to Josh White and Mag Takac! This is win number 2 for Josh, and win number 4 for Mag🥳 Both have entered the arena many times, so their experience seems to be paying off!

With so many stellar entries, it was tough to narrow the field, so our judges also picked 5 honorable mentions this time. They were so close to making the cut!
