January art contest!

Art by Jake Parker.

Happy New Year! We made it to 2022!

Since we are heading into the year of the Tiger, what better way to kick off the first prompt of the year??

The Tiger symbolizes strength, courage and power - all qualities weā€™ll need to face the challenges ahead. So the prompt for January is: TigeršŸÆ

We are all about visual storytelling, so be sure to come up with a creative concept!

Please note! There's a few changes to the submission guidelines, hopefully it's a little easier now!

You no longer need to use our template to submit your artwork! But all submissions must follow two requirements:

  1. The longest side of your submission must be 1200 pixels (you will need to create a scaled down version of your original artwork to fit this size)

  2. You must include a bar below your artwork with your name, forum handle or social media handles listed on it (this bar should be white with black text).

You can still use this template to help get your artwork ready to submit, but itā€™s not required. If you run into issues, shoot us an email!

While you must submit via the Critique Arena website to officially qualify, we do encourage you to post your final entry in the forum as well so everyone can see and comment! As always, if you want feedback on a Work In Progress, please start a new thread.

Ok team, letā€™s do this!

HOW TO ENTER

  • Read through the prompt for this month.ā¬†ļø
