November Art Contest!

All together now! Art from Lee White’s latest picture book, This Pretty Planet.

We don’t know about you, but we are ready to be done with 2020! It brought us a deadly pandemic, violent protests, devastating wildfires, a divisive election, and yes, murder hornets😱😵😭

But, at least we are all in it together! So, with hope in our hearts, the prompt for this month is: Together.

This time we are gonna do something a little different. We are gonna do TWO Critique Arenas, our traditional one and an all star one. The prompt is the same for both.

All the same rules and procedures apply for the traditional Critique Arena, EXCEPT that all the previous winners of 2020 will not take part. Instead, the previous winners will be invited to the all star contest, and will battle for cash prizes.

For those competing in the traditional Critique Arena, that means better chances at getting a critique and winning a seat, as our previous winners of 2020 will not be part of the competition.

For those competing in the all star Critique Arena, that means a chance at winning cash money! The top 3 win cash, $100 for 3rd, $200 for 2nd and $300 for 1st.

This is gonna be fun! Can’t wait to see what y’all create 💖
